Lead times and drawing changes
For a machine builder, the problem is rarely the price of a welded sub-assembly: it is the time it takes to get a quote, then the part, then the corrected version when the drawing changes mid-project.
With us, the indicative quote comes from the STEP file in a few minutes. A drawing revision is just a new file: no jig to rework, no robot program to rewrite by hand. The program is recalculated from the model.
What falls within our scope
We target medium-sized sub-assemblies: up to about 1 m x 0.5 m, in structural steel, MIG/MAG welded. Large one-piece bases and heavy fabrication remain the domain of plate-work shops: we will point you to a partner if needed.
Post-weld machining (facing, boring) is not done by the cell. It can be arranged through a partner; mention it in your request.
