From CAD to welded parts.

Our robotic cell assembles, tacks and welds your small steel parts straight from the 3D model. No programmer, no jig, no waiting for a welder to become available.

From CAD file to welded part, in 40 seconds. 3D planning, cell simulation and illustrative footage: the real cell is in design.
The problem

Welding is short of hands, not of orders.

Europe is short of around 300,000 qualified welders according to the European Welding Federation, and retirements are widening the gap. In small workshops, most parts are still welded entirely by hand. The result: orders turned down, lead times slipping.

A conventional robot does not solve small batches: every part number needs a program, a jig and manual tacking. On a typical part from our study, the arc accounts for only about 3 minutes out of 21 minutes of work. The rest is preparation.

The solution

From 3D file to welded part, with no manual step.

The software does the preparation that ties up a qualified welder today. Changing part number means changing file.

  1. 01

    You send the STEP file.

Our software breaks the assembly down into components.

  2. 02

    It plans the assembly.

Placement order, tack points, weld seams.

  3. 03

    The robots assemble.

One arm picks and positions the laser-cut parts, the other tacks then welds.

  4. 04

    You receive the parts.

Inspected, ready to paint or install.

Simulation

One full cycle, played before it is welded.

Before each batch, the cycle is played in simulation: the cobot places the parts, the robot tacks them, then welds every seam. Conflicts show up on screen, not in the workshop.

One full simulated cycle: the cobot places the parts, the robot tacks then welds them. Simulation footage, partly sped up.

Who we are

Built by workshop people.

The project is led by a mechatronics engineer: industrial robotics and CE marking, patents on products launched at scale, and hundreds of welded parts designed and then followed through the workshop.

An expert welder supports the development of the welding procedures. Our first pilot customers, the number of parts produced and EN ISO 3834 certification will be shown here once they exist, not before.

Frequently asked questions

What parts can you weld?
Structural steel, MIG/MAG welding, parts up to about 1 m x 0.5 m, laser-cut components. Details are on the technical capabilities page.
What about stainless steel or aluminium?
Not for now. We prefer to do a well-defined scope very well.
Is the online price firm?
It is an indicative estimate. The firm price is confirmed once a technician has checked the file.
Where do you produce?
In Wallonia, with delivery across Belgium: Wallonia, Brussels and Flanders.
