Your STEP files are sensitive design data. We treat them as such: used only to answer you, hosted in Europe, never sold or shared beyond the manufacture of your parts.

Your design files
- They are used only to calculate your quote and produce your parts.
- They are stored on servers located in the European Union.
- Only the components to be cut are passed to the laser cutter that makes them, which is itself bound by confidentiality.
- They are never sold, nor used for other customers.
- A non-disclosure agreement can be signed before files are sent.
Cookies
This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies, which is why no banner is shown. If your language choice is remembered, it is stored in a strictly functional cookie ("lang"). Audience measurement, if active, is carried out without cookies and without personal data.
Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible to the Newstack Robotics team handling your request, and to our technical providers (hosting, form reception, email), chosen for their hosting in the European Union or their GDPR-compliant safeguards.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at [email protected].
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
