From your 3D model to the delivered welded part
Six steps, and only one of them needs anything from you: uploading your file. The rest is our software, a technician and the robotic cell.
The six steps of an order
You upload the STEP file.
The software breaks the assembly down into components and checks that it fits within our scope.
You receive an indicative price.
3D preview, list of components, price by quantity.
We confirm.
A technician checks the file, suggests adjustments if a detail complicates the welding, and sets the firm price.
The components are laser cut.
By our laser-cutting partner or by yours.
The cell assembles and welds.
One robot arm places each component, the second tacks then welds, following the program generated from your model.
Inspection and delivery.
Dimensional and visual inspection, then delivery or collection.
What if my part is not suited to the robot?
We tell you at step 1 and, where possible, point you to a partner workshop.
The most common cases: a part larger than our envelope (about 1 m x 0.5 m), a material other than structural steel, or a weld the torch cannot reach. In that last case, a small change to the model is often enough; the technician will suggest it at step 3.
