In our regions, welding workshops are not short of work. They are short of welders. Every year, orders go further afield for lack of hands. Newstack Robotics exists so that small European workshops stay competitive, with robots that adapt to small batches rather than the other way round.

Years of industrial R&D in robotics, automation and CE marking, patents on products launched at scale, and many welded parts designed and then followed through the workshop.
The starting point is simple: the welded parts that design offices draw wait longer and longer in workshop schedules, for lack of welders. And the welding robots on the market, designed for large series, do not solve the problem of small batches: you still need someone to prepare, jig, tack and program.
Newstack Robotics starts from the other end: the 3D file the customer already has. If the software can read the part and plan its assembly, the robot no longer needs to be taught every part number.
